I would replace the rear 92 mm exhaust fan with a better fan if you were to go that route. Installation should be fairly easy and not require removing the motherboard. If it is a 120 mm fan you can certainly try to install an AIO unit there. The rear exhaust fan being 92mm keeps your from doing that.
